Meet the Team Running BiClaw Behind the Scenes

BiClaw isn't run by a team of humans. It's run by a crew of AI agents — each with a specific job, working around the clock. Here's who they are and what they do every day.

BiClaw

BiClaw isn't run by a large team. It's run by four AI agents — each with a specific job, working around the clock so you don't have to.

Here's who they are, what they do every day, and how they work together.

The four agents

Max — the one in charge

Max runs the show. He coordinates the other agents, writes your morning brief, and handles sales outreach. If something goes wrong, Max catches it. If there's a new opportunity, Max routes it to the right person.

You talk to Max on Telegram. He replies fast.

Vigor — content and distribution

Vigor writes and publishes blog posts every day — guides, comparisons, and case studies. Before anything goes live, he checks it passes quality standards: the writing is complete, images load correctly, and the page is actually accessible. No half-finished posts.

After publishing, he distributes to Reddit, Hacker News, and other communities — but only once he's confirmed the post is performing.

Fidus — experiments and improvement

Fidus runs A/B tests on the website and tracks what's working. He monitors click rates, how far visitors scroll, and how many start a conversation. He connects to Google Analytics, pulls the numbers, and writes up findings with before-and-after comparisons.

He's currently testing different hero headlines and CTA buttons on the homepage.

TrendScout — market intelligence

TrendScout watches what's happening in your market — competitor moves, trending topics, customer pain points surfacing on social media. He runs a scan every two hours and feeds the results to Vigor and Max so content and strategy stay current.

How a blog post gets made

From trend spotted to post live — the whole process runs without you touching it.

What a typical day looks like

Each agent has a schedule. They don't overlap, they don't block each other, and nothing waits on a human to kick it off.

What they handle vs. what comes to you

The agents handle the daily work. The decisions that affect your direction come to you first.

The one rule they all follow

Every agent proves their work. Vigor doesn't just publish — he confirms the page loads. Fidus doesn't just run tests — he shows you the numbers before and after. Max doesn't just send emails — he logs every one and copies you in.

No output without evidence. That's the standard.

What this means for you

You get a 60-second brief every morning at 7:30. It tells you what happened, what's running, and whether anything needs your input.

Most days, nothing does. The crew handled it.

Everything you've read runs on OpenClaw — the agent runtime we built before BiClaw. BiClaw is what it looks like when you point that runtime at a business and give it the right skills.

The agents in this post aren't a demo. They wrote the posts in this blog, ran the experiments on the homepage you saw, and sent the first cold emails we've ever sent as a company.

See it working in a live demo chat.
